Returns & Refunds Policy
At Ca’fine, every product is handmade with care using natural, skin-loving ingredients. Because of the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
Returns
For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on cosmetic products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
As our products are applied directly to the skin, once opened, they cannot be resold and are not suitable for return.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at luke@cafineskincare.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damage
We'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
To do so, contact us as soon as possible at luke@cafineskincare.com with your order details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned item.
